What about safety?
All our toys comply with the European standard EN71 and the CE mark; you can request these certificates from us if you wish.

How quickly do you deliver my order?
If you place your order before 5:00 PM, you will have your order the next day! This is also stated on the product page.

Can I return or exchange my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can! We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want to return your order, please contact us. We will then send you our return form so you can easily start the process.

How can I reach you if I have a question?
We are available via customerservice@tinythinkers.nl from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We strive to respond to all your questions within 4 hours. Feel free to contact us!

Are your products suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! Our collection is designed with different age groups in mind. On the product page, you will find the recommended ages, so you can always find the perfect match for your child.

Where do your products come from?
We know there is sometimes a negative perception about production in China. However, that is only one side of the story. Because if you look further, you see that most of the knowledge and experience to make high-quality toys is actually there.

Our manufacturer is a specialist who has been doing nothing else for years but developing safe toys in an honest and responsible way. We only work with partners who meet the strictest European safety standards.

We also think carefully about transport. We ship everything in bulk, smartly and efficiently, so we avoid unnecessary emissions and keep our impact small.

That is why we say with full conviction: yes, our products come from China and precisely because of that we can combine quality, safety, and playfulness at a fair price. And if you want to see it in black and white yourself, let us know. We will gladly send you the certificates and documents.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium. Keep an eye on our website for updates in case this changes in the future.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If you have received a damaged package, please contact us immediately via info@tinythinkers.nl. We will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible so you can enjoy playing again.
